Sourcing Process
We aim to make the process of finding, making, and delivering products efficient, ensuring the best combination of cost, quality, and time.
1. Understanding your requirements
First, we want to understand exactly what you’re looking for. How many products do you want, and what’s the intended use? What level of quality are you aiming for, and have there been any issues in the past?
2. Sourcing Suppliers
We find the best supplier according to your requirements,using a wide variety of resources available to our team. This includes our existing database relationship factories and other channels.
3. You get a quote
We review bids from suppliers and choose the best option considering price, performance quality, and our experience with the supplier. Upon receiving the quote, we engage in discussions about potential issues and risks.
4. Sampling
After factory approval, we produce a sample, review critical aspects such as appearance, dimensions, key areas, and performance, and then send it to you.
5.Producton
Before production begins, we review the process with the supplier, ensuring improvements from sampling are implemented.We will do a in-production check and after production inspection, make sure everything is up to your standard and expectation.
6. Logistics
We collaborate with the freight forwarder for pickup and delivery and manage customs documentation, including HS codes, tariffs, and certificates, ensuring compliance with regulations. Once the pickup is complete, we actively monitor tracking information and oversee customs clearance, scheduling the delivery to your specified location.
